Welcome to Fiorella at Durango Casino & Resort, the latest chapter of Chef Marc Vetri’s acclaimed pasta bar.

The Fiorella story begins in 1892 in Philadelphia, when Luigi Fiorella opened his eponymous sausage shop in the city’s historic Italian Market. More than a century later, Marc restored the space to its original glory and grandeur, creating an intimate, one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Now, Fiorella’s legacy continues at the Eat Your Heart Out food hall, where the original space has been lovingly recreated to give guests a taste of its rich history and heritage (as well as beloved dishes such as Fiorella sausage ragu and tonnarelli cacio e pepe). For a behind-the-scenes peek at the magic, be sure to sit at the iconic chef’s counter, where guests can enjoy watching the pasta-making process up close.  Fiorella offers a pasta-centric menu with a selection of antipasti, pasta, and desserts, as well as specialty cocktails, beer, and wines by the glass.
